Alana de la Garza (born 15th April 1982) is an American model, actress, and TV host. Her TV performance is what made her well-known. Born and brought up in the USA, Garza observed the change and the scope of acting, especially on television. While growing up she was awarded Miss Photogenic in Miss El Paso Teen USA, which led to her becoming more interested in modeling as well as acting. Garza's professional journey began as an teen when she appeared in part in several cameos. Her passion and dedication to her craft was noticed by producers, who eventually began to cast her. She was cast in 2008 and got the honor of being chosen as the Garnier Nutritioniste Cosmetics brand ambassador. The actress was nominated, and received numerous honors throughout her professional career. Garza was honored with the Impact Award within the same category for the year 2008.
